Licensed in Right by the Laws School of Lisbon of the Portuguese Catholic University in 1996.
 

He joined Arthur Andersen in 1996, where he exerted the functions of manager since 2000.
 

His professional experience has been centered in the area of VAT since 1997, where he supported the fiscal planning of the following customers: Group BPI, Group Portugal Telecom, Petrogal Group, CEPSA, Total, Esso, Shell, Group Warehouse, Citroën, Peugeot, General Motors, Delphi, Bridgestone, Nestle', Society Green Point, Fifth of the Lake, Microsoft and Group Somague.
 

He attended and lectured in diverse courses of formation and seminaries in Portugal and abroad.
 

He attended and had interventions in diverse conferences and seminaries, on different subjects.
