* According to Article 6-A, h) of the Legal Regime of Urbanization and Construction, "Works of little urban relevance, the replacement of exterior or roofing materials or , giving an exterior finish identical to the original, promote energy efficiency ".

It is also included in this price of "package 3", the presentation to the City Council of works of scarce urban relevance, such as:

 (a) contiguous or non-contiguous buildings to the main building with a height not exceeding 2,2 m or, alternatively, to the floor of the ground floor of the main building with an area equal to or less than 10 m2 and not confined to the public road;

2. c) The construction of garden greenhouses with a height of less than 3m and an area of ​​less than or equal to 20m2.e)
3. e) The construction of recreational or leisure equipment associated with a main building with a lower area than the latter.
4. f) The demolition of the buildings referred to in the preceding paragraphs.
5. g) The installation of photovoltaic solar panels (...) associated with the main building, for the production of renewable energies (...) that do not exceed the area of ​​the roof of the building and the wall of this building in 1m high (...) as well as solar thermal collectors for water heating (...)
6. h) i) "Other works", as such qualified by municipal regulation. (Dependent of the different municipalities Cascais, Oeiras and Lisbon)

In the case of a Project for Alterations of Architecture, Rehabilitation or New Construction (Concept Enerphit or Passive House, respectively), the fees are calculated based on estimated cost, provided for the type of work in question, with the discount 25% for large families.
